HENRY SCHWENDIMAN

Henry J. Schwendiman, CMB

Henry Schwendiman has spent the past 21 years in the mortgage banking industry as a loan originator. After obtaining an MBA from Brigham Young University, Henry started his mortgage banking experience with Richards Woodbury Mortgage Company as a commercial loan officer. At Richards Woodbury he became the top loan producer for the company and established many of the long term relationships that he enjoys today in the industry.


In 1994 Henry became a partner in Salt Lake City based Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage Company. As a partner in the firm, Henry has served in the leadership of the company and has seen the company grow from $100,000,000 in servicing to over $2,000,000,000 in servicing today. Bonneville has opened branch offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and Boise, Idaho.


Henry is a founding member of Q10 Capital, LLC, a national mortgage banking company with 14 member companies across the United States. He is also a founding member of Bonneville Multifamily Inc, one of the largest USDA 538 loan originators in the country and Desert Ridge Capital, a developer of Low Income Housing Multifamily projects.


Henry is married to Renee Preston and has six children.

JEFFREY SIMMONS
Principal
Jeffrey Simmons joined Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage Company in 1981 in Salt Lake City as a Loan Production Assistant. Two years later he was appointed Vice President of the Company and became a Loan Officer. Jeff became a principal of Bonneville in 1994 after 13 years of service to the company. During that time he was responsible for the origination of commercial real estate loans. Although his primary focus has been on commercial real estate along Utah's Wasatch Front, Jeff has also originated loans in Washington, Nevada, Wyoming, Oregon, Montana, Colorado, Idaho and California.

Jeff received his education at Brigham Young University and graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Italian and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Jeff has been married to the former Diane Price for the past 20 years. They have three teenage sons and one teenage daughter. Jeff is a sports enthusiast and remains active by playing basketball and golf. He also enjoys music and plays the piano and organ.

DAVID BARBER
Principal
As a principal in Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage Company, David's association with the company began with the acquisition of the Western Mortgage Income property division which David was instrumental in procuring.

David is responsible for origination, negotiating, appraisal and placement of commercial real estate loans, joint ventures and equity placements in Utah and Idaho. David is also involved with the establishment and maintenance of key relationships with life insurance and wall street based lenders. Currently, David is responsible for the servicing and loan closing department at Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage.

Prior to joining Q10 | Bonneville Mortgage Company, David was a Vice President with Western Mortgage Company in the Commercial Mortgage loan department. David was the top commercial loan producer for three of the four years he was associated with Western Mortgage.

David owned and managed a successful real estate development company in Colorado for seventeen years before moving back to Salt Lake City in 1993.

David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Westminster College located in Salt Lake City and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado.

In addition to church and community involvement, David is a member of the Salt Lake City National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and the Building Owners and Managers Association in Boise, Idaho. David is a licensed real estate broker in Utah and Colorado as well as a commercial pilot.

David grew up in Salt Lake City were he attended Olympus High School and the University of Utah before graduation from Westminster College. David moved to Denver, Colorado after graduating from college where he took a position with a local real estate developer. Two years later he started his own development company that he successfully owned and managed for seventeen years.

In 1993 David sold his company to his partner and moved back to Salt Lake City to be closer to his family.

David currently lives in Sandy, Utah with his wife and three children. David enjoys scuba diving, snow and water skiing and flying.

SCOTT MONROE
Principal
As a principal of Q10 | Bonneville, Scott Monroe is responsible for origination, negotiating, appraisal and placement of commercial real estate loans, joint ventures and equity placement in Nevada and California.

Scott came to Q10 | Bonneville after thirteen years with the John Burnham Company in San Diego. There he served in several capacities including production, production manager and manager of the San Diego Finance Division. He was awarded as the Investment Officer of the Year in 1983, 1985, 1987, 1990, 1992, and 1994.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from San Diego State University. Subsequent to that, he served for three years in the United States Marine Corps as an artillery officer.

In addition to community duties, Scott is a member of the Southern Nevada NAIOP and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a licensed real estate broker in California and Nevada.

Scott grew up in the Midwest, and later moved to San Clemente, California where he attended high school. Scott and his wife own a home in Las Vegas and there reside with their two teenage children. He enjoys scuba diving, biking, water skiing and weight training.
